Financial Information Disclaimer

Drachma provides budgeting, tracking, and informational tools. Drachma does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through the service.

Linked Accounts and Third-Party Services

Certain features depend on third-party services, including financial data providers such as Plaid. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, except as allowed by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Drachma if you violate these Terms or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, users, or applicable legal interests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Drachma is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
