Drachma ("we", "our", or "us") provides budgeting and financial planning tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the Drachma mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication details.
• Profile and onboarding information, such as goals, budget inputs, and app preferences.
• Financial account and transaction data you choose to connect through Plaid or another data provider.
• Device, log, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Drachma service.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Calculate budgets, spending summaries, and related financial insights.
• Respond to support requests and operational issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Financial Data Connections

If you connect a financial account, Drachma may receive transaction, account balance, and account metadata from Plaid or another connected provider. We use this data to power budgeting features inside the app. Your financial credentials are handled by the provider during account linking and are not entered directly into Drachma.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the app and backend.
• Data connectivity partners, such as Plaid, when you initiate a connection.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may be able to:

• Update certain profile information in the app.
• Disconnect linked financial accounts.
• Request deletion of your account, subject to legal limits.

Children's Privacy

Drachma is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the date above, through the app, or by other appropriate means.
